    Die nette Vermieterin, die sehr zentrale Lage und das sehr gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

    Das Haus ist Jahrhunderte alt und die Böden sehr schief, nachts aufpassen mit der Schräge und der sehr steile Innentreppe. Aber dennoch ein Erlebnis.

    Stilvoll, originell und ruhig wohnen mitten in der Stadt.

    Das Appartement liegt zentral in der Leutkircher Innenstadt, es gibt keinen Autoverkehr - nur Storchflugverkehr über den Dachfenstern. Sehr ruhig. Geschmackvolle Möblierung und interessante Bücher vermitteln Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Das schöne, saubere Bad und ein reizender Dachgarten der Vermieterin dürfen mitbenutzt werden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und weltoffen.

    Der etwas schräge Fußboden und die steile Treppe des Altbaus sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

    Lokalita super.

    Je to hodně po schodech, takže pro starší lidi je příchod do pokoje v podkroví náročný (ještě k tomu s kufrem). WC a koupelna jsou sdílené a člověk musí sestoupit po schodech dolů.
