In overall I think it a good place to stay.
Location is really good next to some restaurant, grocery store, commute is easy.
The internet is a very low if you are planking to work and send some files you won't be able to do it I recommend to have your own internet plan or you will be in trouble. Also their microwave it doesn't work well I asked them to fix it and they didn't give attention to that, their communication it's another point to be resolved.
