    Quiet building, very safe neighbourhood, the parking spot comes with the apartment with no extra-charge There is a lift, A/C , cookware , coffee and sugar. There are plenty of shops around, there is a mini-market Pam Local very close and it is open 24/7, extremely convenient. The historic centre is not far, within walking distance , if you like walking. All the way to the old centre is a lesson of history and architecture, everything oozes charm.

    Everything is done through technology, which is great, but maybe a bit of human contact is welcome

    Good apartment in a nice location

    Great apartment for a family, all the facilities are functioning well, AC worked good, which is a big plus for a stay in July. Check-in process was convenient. Very comfortable location with a lot of convenience stores and restaurants close by, also walk to the city centre takes less than half an hour.

    Check out was announced to be 11:00, but cleaning worker came almost half an hour earlier and tried to insist to come in even though we were still in the process of literally dressing.

    Expensive, BAD apartment and condition, NO invoice release

    The only plus is the location near the city center and the parking available in front of the building.

    What I did not like: 1. Value for the money extremely bad. Very very expensive for what it actually is. Old location, with furniture that is tearing apart. No toiletteries. 2. Last floor of the building extremely hot and we were in beginning of June. AC is functioning on/off it depends. 3. The door from the apartm if you are not careful enough it may trick you because it has a position in which you cannot insert the key. 4. I was travelling in business purpose and they are not releasing the invoice this is the craziest part and not answering anymore. One month they are not sending it! Stay far away!
