Great location with mixed feelings on the shower and check in process. Hopefully these two could be improved.
The location is great
1) The check in process was challenging. On the day of arrival, We stood on the street for over 10 minutes to figure out which door was the entrance to the hotel, because there was no visible sign of the hotel name and the entrance was locked. It took us a while to call the hotel reception staff to open the door for us. 2) it has never occurred to us that shower would be an issue during travel. In this instance, the shower water in the hotel room was barely warm and the stream was pretty small. After a long day tour we could not have a hot shower to wash off the dirt and relax.

La ubicación cerca Fontana de Trevi, muchos restaurantes, muy amable Rjey en su atención, había tetera y cafetera con variedad de dulces como amenities, así como paraguas de cortesía que tuvimos que usar

Lovely rooms in a small boutique guest house near Trevi Fountain.
The room was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful.
It is the nature of the accommodation, but it would have been good if the staff were more accessible. Also separate body wash, shampoo, and conditioner would be good.
