    Olor fuerte, intenso y persistente a humedad

    La primera habitación asignada tenía un fuerte olor a humedad, pensamos que era lo normal por estar en un clima tropical pero la humedad estaba impregnada en el piso, colchones, sábanas y almohadas. Fue tan fuerte el olor que me dolió la cabeza.

    Tardaron 4 horas en resolver nuestro problema. La primera ocasión enviaron una empleada con un desinfectante para ponerlo en las rejillas del aire acondicionado y piso. Luego enviaron un humidificador pero esa no era la solución. Por último tuve que exigir que me cambiaran de habitación porque no es muy insoportable el olor. En recepción fueron negacionistas, la habitación había está mucho tiempo sin ser usada y por ende sin ventilación por eso apestaba a humedad.

    Volvería a hospedarme pero por favor bajenle el volumen a la musica en cafeteria y piscina.

    Excelente desayuno, personal amable, piscina con atracciones para los niños, habitación cómoda con jabón de barra que si hace espuma y queda uno aseado.

    Música muy alta en la zona de piscina/cafeteria
