The stay in Catania was very enjoyable, and the rented apartment was very comfortable.
Great location close to many pasticceria and restaurants, park, charming places. Brilliant base for exploring Catania, while in a not so crowded and noisy area. Despite the late evening arrival time, it was possible to check-in smoothly, the owner was very helpful.
The only major inconvenience was the smell of LPG coming from the courtyard when the window was open in the bedroom.

Good location, Free water in fridge, big flat with kitchen table, host did replace incorrect coffee capsules, good couch, Enough kitchen utensils,
Generally not a bad place to stay, but I personally wouldn't book again. Collection of little things that detracted from the overall experience. Heating (air conditioning) not reliable and not very quiet at night. Wrong coffee capsules for the coffee machine, no decent tea towel, shower drain not quite up to the amount of water, windows hardly keep out outside noise (of which there are fortunately not so many), apartment door not lockable at front door (communal house) which was also sometimes left open, The apartment felt a little like a decorative apartment in some places than if someone had actually lived there.

Lovely apartment in the centre of the city…
We stayed one week, the only minus didn’t have a washing machine for the clothes…..is not a big issue though if you stay 2-3 days

Nice and well located place
Spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet. Well equipped kitchen. Located in safe area, close to Villa Bellini in nice, old building.
Coffe capsules for different type of machine than available in the kitchen, no wine glasses.
