Auf deutsche Besucher eingestelltes B&B
Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen haben wir Donna Lavia gebucht. Leider können wir die teilweise überbordenden Bewertungen nicht bestätigen. Es handelt sich hier um eine gute durschnittliche Unterkunft mit rustikalem, eher dunklem Ambiente. Die Gastgeber sprechen Italienisch und deutsch, abends ist ein festes Abendmenü zubuchbar, ebenso das Frühstück. Die Qualität des Essens war guter Durchschnitt, aufgrund unserer langjährigen Italien und Sizilien Erfahrung würden wir es als solide Hausmannskost bezeichnen.
Und wurde das Abendmenü für 30,- komplett angeboten mit der Option auch einzelne Gänge auszulassen bei Preisreduzierung. Wir verzichteten auf den Hauptgang, da wir mittags schon warm gegessen hatten. Bei der Abrechnung am nächsten Morgen wurde uns aber zwei mal das komplette Menü berechnet.

Quel charme fou ! Nous avons eu un coup de coeur pour ce lieu si tranquille dans la nature ! Nous nous sommes régalés avec la délicieuse cuisine locale et pleine d'amour de Luigi ! Merci pour la gentillesse et l'accessibilité de Nos hôtes ! Nous recommandons ce logement à 100% à toute personne qui veut se connecter à la nature et à son estomac :)

We could not recommend this more. It’s the perfect, off the beaten path respite we were looking for. Quiet, isolated (in the BEST WAY!), beautiful grounds, incredible hosts (love Karen and Luigi) and unbelievable food. Price for value is out of this world. The cold plunge source water pool amidst the Sicilian summer was an amazing addition. Reminder this is a 600 year old watch tower/monastery! And the amenities are comfortable and what you need - nothing more, nothing less.

Relaxing stay in stone house hidden in green area
Amazing location, hidden in green even after few super dry months. Super comfortable and so quiet sleep. Lovely owners, excellent and delicious cooking! The dinner for all guests in the garden was amazing experience. We will return with friends!
