    Comfortable and quiet countryside stay in renovated farm/estate from 1800.

    The history of the place. Wonderful setting. Cozy and comfortable dinner by the fireplace in the converted stables, now a restaurant. Unusual set up with breakfast served in the converted barn.

    Unfortunately, there was an awful smell in the bathroom, possibly from the drain of the shower. Some details being rather modern, where some older restored pieces would have given it that extra charm.

    We enjoyed the hotel and loved the staff. They were all very kind and helpful with our needs.

    Very good location in proximity to things we wanted to do.

    Our room was over the street and the loud sounds from area bars was a bit loud late into the night. Bed pillows could use updating.
