  Bien positionné pour aller au centre des congrès mais logement impersonnel et anonyme

  Il était équipé de tout si on voulais cuisiner et manger au logement. Très propre et communication rapide et efficace avec les propriétaires. Check in Check out autonomes. Le quartier est très populaire mais pas dangereux du tout et il y a des petit market à 3-5 min à pied ainsi qu’un resto et une pâtisserie.

  Il est sombre, il donne sur une terrasse pas aménagée, vue sur un grand mur élevé et moche. Il retient la chaleur et difficile à ventiler. Il y a une petite odeur désagréable qui traîne malgré la propreté des lieux. Mécanisme de douche pas intuitif. Les murs sont subtils et on entend les voisins. Le tout fait assez anonyme et pas chaleureux. >160€/nuit est exagéré.

  A disappointing stay let down by poor maintenance, lack of basic amenities and extremely poor communication.

  The apartment itself was reasonably spacious and the location was convenient for my stay in Lisbon. However, unfortunately, the positive aspects were significantly outweighed by the problems with basic amenities, maintenance and communication with the property management.

  Unfortunately, there were multiple problems during my four-night stay. I arrived around midnight after approximately 30 hours of travelling. There was no air conditioning and the fan was broken, making the first night extremely uncomfortable. A working fan was only provided the following night. The next morning, before attending a conference, I discovered there was no soap or shower gel. I tried calling but could not get through and was told by message that they were busy with another customer. Initially, they told me shower gel was provided, but when I explained that there was only shampoo, they then said they do not provide soap. When I explained that the lack of soap was a big issue for me after such a long journey, their response was that they did not consider it a big issue. Despite my request, no soap was provided, so I had to shower without it. There were also several practical issues. The microwave is positioned where there is no electrical socket, so it has to be moved to another location to use it. There is no toilet-paper holder, and the toilet roll provided when I arrived was almost finished. Communication was probably the worst part of the experience. Responses were delayed, calls were not answered, and several important messages were ignored. After checkout, part of my security deposit was withheld without any explanation. I repeatedly asked why and received no response. I eventually had to contact Booking.com, who resolved the security deposit issue. The property later sent close-up photographs alleging stains and a scratch on the refrigerator. I asked for wider photographs so I could compare them with the photos I had taken immediately before leaving, but received no response. I also found the property poor value for money. There were hotels available in Lisbon at around 40% less than what I paid here. I specifically chose this property and paid the higher price because it was close to my conference venue.

  O apartamento é bom, falta ar condicionado- é bem quente e estacionamento na rua sem marcação.

  O apartamento parece novo e estava bem limpo e organizado quando chegamos. Facilidade de acesso ao bairro.

  O estacionamento que dizem ter e ser grátis é na rua e muito dificil de encontrar próximo ao apartamento. Teve dia que precisei para quase 1 km do local. Não tem ar condicionado e apenas 1 ventilador. Pedi outro e ficaram de verificar, mas nem deram respostas. O apartamento é bem quente, mesmo com todas as janelas abertas. Tem escadas para acessar o elevador o que dificultou para minha mãe de 88 anos. O local é bem residencial, sem nada perto. Apenas 1 mercado pequeno do bairro. O restante tudo fechava bem cedo, mesmo sendo verão e alta estação.

  Convenient appartment

  The location, easy check-in, everything that i needed was in the appartment, inside terrace (patio del luz)..

  Shower mechanism not obvious, empty outside terrace (no furniture hence not so welcoming), too few sockets.
