    Отличная квартира. Очень чисто, комфортно. Окна на тихий двор. Много спальных мест - кровать в спальне и в гостиной раскладные кресла (и вроде диван). Недалеко карфур и агрохаб, оба в 500 метрах. В соседнем доме ресторан гриль поинт - вкусные хинкали по 1.5 лари.

    Не самый близкий и не самый живописный путь на море по Джавахишвили. Но и не далеко, около 1.5 км

    Хорошие апартаменты. Рекомендую.

    Близко к центру города. Рядом много магазинов, кафе, ресторанов. Пляж в 12-15 минутах ходьбы. Апартаменты на 4 этаже, в подъезде спокойно, шумных соседей не было. Добротный ремонт. Очень чисто. Кухонные принадлежности в достаточном количестве. Большой холодильник, стиральная машина, газовая плита. Кондиционер работает без проблем. Хорошая душевая кабина, с холодной/горячей водой проблем нет. Хозяин квартиры Тенгиз постоянно на связи.

    Периодически неустойчивый сигнал Wi-Fi. В подъезде "уставший" лифт.
