Not the best, but has the potential to be terrific if they were more attentive to the needs of customers.
Clean and great location
Being told that there was no hot water less 24 hours in advance left no other local booking alternatives. Requested breakfast at 8.15am. Later told John if I could move this to 8.30am. Left at 9.15am for breakfast in a local cafe. Some milk on arrival to make a cup of tea should be a prerequisite. I realise the couple have recently had a baby, but it would be best to put the business on hold until the B&B could be given more attention.

The Annexe is a lush space for a weekend getaway. Love the high ceiling, french windows and four poster bed - felt extravagant but also really homely. Loved the room. Eleanor was a super lovely host - immaculate vibes. The homemade rolls were yum, thanks 😋 Will definitely stay again.

A pleasant stay.
Large pleasant main room. The accommodation itself is pleasant and comfortable and good value for money.
The house and immediate area around the house are run down but the accommodation itself is pleasant and comfortable.

Very kind and lively--and pregnant!--hostess. Lovely ambience, happy chickens. Gorgeous Georgian suite.... wonderful!
