    Die Lage, ein kostenloser Parkplatz, ausreichend Geschirr, ruhige Lage

    Das Mobiliar ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, Sessel ist abgenutzt, Balkonplatten vermoost, kein Fliegengitter. Eine Markise wäre besser als ein Sonnenschirm. Im Oberen Stockwerk war das Mobiliar sehr alt und abgenutzt, Fenster verschmutzt. Das kleine Schlafzimmer ist eher eine Abstellkammer und nicht für zwei Erwachsene Personen geeignet. Vor jeden Besucht sollte kontrolliert werden ob alles funktioniert wie z.B. Glühbirnen im Bad.
