Lovely self contained apartment with private courtyard in a quiet residential area. Truly a home from home, modern, clean and comfortable. Very good communications, hope to return the next time we're in Edinburgh!

Spotless, spacious and comfortable
Spotless, peaceful, private and excellent location. It is more spacious than the pictures let on and we appreciated the thoughtful breakfast items and treats. The toiletries in the bathroom are lovely and the bed was very comfortable. There are some lovely restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk from the house and it took about 20 minutes to reach the royal mile area. Caroline is so helpful and very responsive, and she made sure we were comfortable and had all we needed. We definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

Fabulous accommodation, immaculately clean and very well equipped. Our host was very welcoming and helpful- couldn't recommend more highly. Great location for seeing the highlights of Edinburgh.
