    Disappointing stay!

    Great location to restaurants and bars. Friendly staff.

    Sewerage smell was quite strong in the bathroom. Had the leave the extractor on all night just to take some of the smell away. Very noisy. This smell could also be smelt on ground floor. Definite blockage in the sink as noisy gurgling when running the tap. When queried at reception, they said there was an issue. They could have contacted before our stay and we would have stayed somewhere else. Also, the sash window opened up fully - rather than an inch or two restriction for ventilation, being on the 3rd floor, you could easily fall out! Breakfast was mediocre!
