    Highly recommended!!!

A perfect base for our family with two small children to call home for a week. Very spacious, clean and comfortable for the whole family. The location for us was perfect, a nice quiet neighborhood close to the beach and restaurants etc.

Nice flat with well kept yard.

We had a great time. Nice flat with well kept yard. The kids had a great time on the swing. Extra bonus real turtles in the garden. Not far from beach. Nice private parking.

Strong sewage smell in the bathroom. Definitely toilet issue.

    Perfect holiday

Great location in quiet part cca 10-15 minutes walking to the beach and also to Tirrenia city centre. Good location for planning trips to Tuscany (Pisa, Florence, Siena, Cinque Terre...) The apartment is newly renovated, spacious, perfectly clean and very well furnished with everything what you need for comfortable stay. The apartment has also very nice garden and private parking. Lucia was nice, friendly and very helpful with everything what you ask for. Thank you very much for lovely staying!
