    Apartamento muito bom, mas comunicação e check-in péssimos.

    O apartamento em si é ótimo, muito confortável, limpo e bem estruturado. Porém, a experiência foi muito desgastante devido às pessoas responsáveis pela acomodação. Eles são extremamente difíceis de se comunicar, demoram muito para responder e quase não dão retorno. No dia da chegada, passei por um estresse totalmente desnecessário, pois custou muito para liberarem a senha de entrada do quarto. Ficar esperando a boa vontade do responsável para conseguir entrar no imóvel depois de uma viagem é um absurdo. O lugar vale a pena pelo espaço, mas o atendimento deixa muito a desejar.
