    The location right by the river is wonderful - falling asleep to the sound of rushing water. The gite is filled with art and artifacts from the owner's extensive travels in Africa. The rooms are simple and quite comfortable.

    It would be nice to have a bath mat.

    Bien plus qu'un hébergement, une expérience humaine inoubliable chez un hôte chaleureux et plein d'humour.

    Gilbert, l'hôte, est très accueillant et plein d'humour. Sa maison, entièrement boisée, est un véritable musée rempli de souvenirs de voyages et de tableaux qu'il a lui-même réalisés. Nous avions la grande chambre du rez-de-chaussée : immense, décorée avec goût et soin, avec une vue magnifique. On s'est endormis au doux son des remous de la rivière, à quelques pas. Nous avons même eu le privilège de souper avec Gilbert et de partager notre bouteille de vin en échangeant des bribes de nos vies d'artistes-voyageurs.
