    Historic cottage, a fire burning, gorgeous views—-PEACEFUL.

    We had a wonderful stay despite lots of rain. If you are looking for a peaceful place to unwind while having a fire burning, this is it. It is about 15 minutes to drive to beautiful Salers with restaurant options. We also enjoyed the drive on the Pas de Peyrol up to Puy Mary, which is close by. The Fall colors were incredible. Also the couple who own the house were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. Our dog was also welcome and had fun in the garden. I highly recommend a stay in this historic Cantal cottage with gorgeous expansive views of green hills and local cows!
