    Exceptional

    The location is very good. One can find the train station, a supermarket&gelateria a few minutes away. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen. The owner is very attentive.

    The only downside is that since it's an attic, one cannot really enjoy the surroundings. So, this is something to consider if you plan to spend more time inside.
