Staff here go far beyond basic tourism needs, they will arrange everything, a trip to dentist, they will get medicine from pharmacy or find nice big mangos from locals etc. Here it feels normal to ask about anything and they will do it. So this is really an oasis right in a midst of chaos around.

I absolutely loved my stay at Giza Palace Pyramids Hotel! The hospitality and friendliness of the staff were amazing, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and being able to order drinks while enjoying a swim was a fantastic touch. The food was delicious, and the location was superb. A special mention goes to the tour guide, who was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay with great service, delicious food, and a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely love to return! 😊
