The location and staff were great!
Our a/c was not cooling enough, we had to leave our windows open during the night to help cool down the room.

Bellissima posizione in pieno centro consigliato 👍

the location was great
The air conditioner barely worked, there was no mattress protector, and when the sheet moved, we slept on an uncovered mattress. There was no hot water in the shower for two days of the stay, and bedside lamps were missing.
