    Immaculate but impersonal.

    Beautifully kept house in a residential street in Edinburgh about 5 minutes walk from the nearest eating place.. It was very clean with a basket of 'treats' to enjoy. The fixtures and fittings were of a high standard with a comfortable bed in a small bedroom overlooking the rear of the building. The 2 spaces in front of the house were useful for parking close to the property as parking nearby seemed difficult.

    It was like the 'Marie Celeste"! There was no contact with the proprietors other than through the intercom to enter the building on arrival. We saw no-one else during our 2 day stay. Although it stated on the website that no breakfast was available, reviews indicated that they might be and the downstairs room was set up B & B style so perhaps there was but of course there was no-one to ask!
