  استلمنا الشقه بعد الوقت المحدد بساعتين وكانت غير نظيفه بعدين جو طاقم التنظيف واخذو فوق الساعه للتنظيف والمبنى كان عليه صيانه وازعاج ولا انصح بهذي الشقه ، وحتى بوكنق تعاملهم غير جيد بعد ما كلمتهم ان هذي اسباب توجب الغاء الحجز وتعويضنا لان المبنى عليه صيانه بالكامل واول مره اتعامل مع خدمة عملاء بوكنق وكانو غير جيدين في طريقة التعويض ويوجد كاميرا داخل الشقه ؟! وايضا دخل علينا الشخص اللي مستاجر الشقه اللي بعدنا واحنا باقي ما طلعنا لان اعطاه الارقام السريه بدون ما يتاكد اننا ماخرجنا وقبل وقت الخروج الفعلي حقنا We received the apartment two hours later than the agreed check-in time, and when we entered, it was not clean. After that, the cleaning staff arrived and took more than an hour to clean the apartment while we were waiting. In addition, the building was under maintenance and there was constant noise and disturbance during our stay. This information should have been clearly disclosed before booking. Because of these issues, I do not recommend this apartment. Unfortunately, Booking.com’s customer service was also disappointing. After I contacted them and explained that these issues justify cancelling the reservation and compensating us — especially since the whole building was under renovation — their handling of the situation and compensation process was poor. This is the first time I have experienced such bad support from Booking.com. There was also a camera inside the apartment, which made us feel uncomfortable and raised serious privacy concerns. On top of that, before our actual check-out time, another guest entered the apartment while we were still inside because the host gave them the access codes without confirming that we had already left. This is completely unacceptable and a serious issue regarding guest privacy and safety.

  Beautiful luxurious apartment with breathtaking view.

  Apartment was well located and absolutely beautiful. It was spotless and comfortable (with very comfortable beds). The check in process was easy. The view was spectacular. The location was close enough to get to many attractions on foot or a short ride.

  The building was undergoing some renovations during our stay and was covered by scaffolding that hindered the view. That was really unfortunate. And despite requesting clarifications regarding where not to park prior to market days, the information remained unclear and led to our car being towed. Perhaps leaving a picture/map in the apartment showing where the parking is restricted on market days for future guests may avoid this situation from recurring.
