    Ok apartment horrible management company.

    This property is managed by a firm and not by a person. And this firm does not care about customers. The rental was in August so I selected this property with 3 air conditioners. 1 week before arrival they informed me via booking message that one of air conditioners is broken. I replied them via booking messages to figure out which of air conditioners it was and to suggest they try to fix it. They never replied but sent me check in link again and again. Not much choice to switch to another apartment that close to the date in August. So we arrived to the flat. A man meets us, gives us keys and tells us there is no linen in the flat and that someone will come back later to bring it. We turn on air conditioning in two rooms out of 3 and it works ok. 3rd one won't turn on (make sense as it is broken). Then couple hours later they call my number and tell me that I have to leave the flat because air conditioning is leaking. I informed them that no leakage is visible, two units are working ok and one is turned off. That there are 2 external blocks and that we are doing fine without 3rd one. They are not interested in discussing anything they just demand us out. They offered us to move into 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed instead of 2 bedroom with 2 normal beds (this one). Of course we declined. And then "suddenly" they have two options of two bedroom apartment. Hence 1 rating. The apartment itself is dated but ok. It was not noisy inside. Location is not in the center but ok.

    L’appartamento è grande e ben strutturato

    Posizione troppo lontana dal centro. L’appartamento necessita di un po’ di manutenzione. L’host è stato eccessivamente insistente in merito all’orario di arrivo, pretendendo di avere l’orario preciso con un giorno di anticipo, cosa impossibile visto che ci spostavamo in macchina.
