Filthy, in a rundown building, for too much money

Craiova has a delightful city center. Not necessarily a destination but nice if you're passing through.

None of the listing photos show the actual building, which is understandable because it's a filthy building with shattered entry doors. Not what you expect for 100€ in the middle of Romania. The apartment itself could be nice but it appeared to have been unused for months and had a literal layer of dust on every surface, including the floor. We took our shoes off and had black feet in minutes. The renovation work looks good in photos but is shoddy. There was a smashed picture frame on the floor. AC was advertised but there were no outlets close enough to them to plug them in! We had to string together 3 extension cords to turn one on, which isn't safe. Again, this was in 100€ a night in Romania. The 9.4 rating was a joke, probably all reviews posted by fake visitors.
