Great location with great takeaways nearby.
Location for Zip World was perfect. We loved the river at the back of the cottage.
Very little storage space but didn’t bother us too much as it was a short stay

Good.
Beautiful interior and immaculately clean. Views out the back are wonderful.
They should’ve said it was on three floors. It smells of damp. The town Bethesda is a dump. When you pull up outside, it’s horrible.

Be warned!
Good location for Zip World, Snowden and Bangor. Clean looking kitchen and master bedroom.
So disappointed and upset when we arrived. Knee high weeds at the front and side of the property, a broken gate off it's hinges, a smelly bin on the patio, hard to see the river due to the weeds. That was just before we went inside and were hit by the biggest issue - the horrible smell and the industrial strength air freshener trying to cover it up. Lots of small maintenance issues, an old and grubby looking brown sofa, so many scuffed areas of walls. The bunk bed mentioned in other reviews has still not been fixed and is worryingly noisy. We didn't unpack and started looking for somewhere else to stay. Very reluctantly stayed one night and left for somewhere else early the next morning. Owner offered to send a cleaner round but it wouldn't have resolved many issues and we just couldn't spend any more time there. Waste of money and an unpleasant experience. I feel misled by many of the other reviews.

Very overpriced and wrongly described, please don't believe the reviews. Many nicer properties around
Only the geographical location to explore North Wales. Everything else appalling. Bethesda is a ghost town, very run down with 70% of shops closed.
The described parking does not exist with five parking bays for over ten properties. The patio is not really useable as it is a thoroughfare for five properties including this one, in reality you have under 2m of space then people passing looking into your property. The house is very run down and lacks love. Paint is falling off the walls, lots of marks, bare plaster. The bathroom drains smell. The floor in the bedroom is unsafe with broken floorboards under the carpet. The ground floor slopes badly. We had no cooking hob for our first three days. Worryingly, the old one had burnt out but the trip switch was not activated. The kitchen table is damaged and the two sofas in the lounge ingrained with dirt...quite disgusting. The stair carpet is filthy. The owner completely ignores us after four attempts, he will not supply his surname or address. He refuses any refund. Booking.com also do not respond
