    Stay was okay but accommodation was definitely over priced

    There where noises in the roof at night - little critters like mice or rats - unable to get a good nights sleep. When handing back keys, reception said they were aware of it - oh my goodness! so why was something not done before our arrival? The door to the patio did not lock at all. Did report this on arrival but nothing was done. bathroom definitely needs an update. Would suggest keys in the bathroom doors so that sharing couples can lock the door when using the bathroom.

    Fish Eagle Cottage is the perfect size for a couple. Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a weekend. Super comfy bed and we slept so well. Loved the hot tub and the splash pool was incredible in the heat. What struck me was the enormous amount of maintenance that was/is being done at the cottage and the entire farm in general. The owners have made a fantastic place which is exceptionally well maintained. Glen Eden offers a little something for everyone. The cottages are fully fenced and pet friendly as well as one glamping site which is fenced and gated which is also pet friendly. There are various accommodation options for families with children and the entertainment facilities for adults and children are wonderful. Definitely a memorable stay all in all. Easy to see why people return to Glen Eden over and over.

    Friendly staff, but hotpot not as advertised

    Nice country side environment. Quiet when not in central area. Hot pot good idea, but took 2 bags of wood and still not warm. Bedroom nicely prepared with towels shaped in form of swans. Fireplace (wood oven) nice with host leaving some wood to keep us warm during cold evening. Staff very friendly. Excellent place to take your kids to, with touch farm, swimming pool etc.

    Hotpot water not clear like pool water and struggled to get the hotpot to lukewarm temperature. Trout pizza was OK, had to search for trout pieces on pizza.
