    Absolutely loved being in a flat that felt like a home away from home!

    This flat is well-appointed and so convenient for our needs, especially. We were coming in for the Cowal Gathering, and it was just perfect. I especially loved the view of the water in the mornings as I made my tea.

    I was a bit thrown off when we arrived by the outside appearance and the hallway leading to the stairs. It is dark, and it would be safer to have a light, perhaps a motion-sensor light, in that hallway and on the stairs. The stairs were tight on the approach because of the way the rubbish cans were placed. I did not like not having a dryer and felt we were not supposed to use the line outside. I did one day, but then read it was for residents only. Hanging our clothes to dry in the house took two days.
