A last holiday with my elderly mother was made more perfect by the owner's attention to detail.
The apartment was very clean, comfortable, had a lovely view, was well furnished and the owner went the extra step of providing the kind of extras you don't usually find - small grocery items such as cooking oil and salt and pepper, a bottle of wine, a packet of timtams, plenty of washing powder, just to name a few. She was also very thoughtful when I messaged to say I would be travelling with my 90-year-old mother and I asked whether there was a walk-in shower. She immediately wrote back asking if we'd need a shower chair, and provided it, which was very considerate. The apartment was in a great location, just a short walk to Glenelg main street and virtually across the road to the Marina for restaurants - close enough that my mum, with mobility issues, was able to access it. If you are travelling with children, she also provided a toy box and children's stories which I thought was a lovely touch. I couldn't recommend the apartment more highly!

Lots of thought put into making it an enjoyable stay for families with young kids.
Worth noting here that the kids' bedroom is behind a curtain in the living room, not in its own room. This worked fine for us but wasn't obvious from the listing.

The bathroom sink doesn't seem to drain completely.

Good location.
Excellent location, park parking, pool area, plus the many additional things included in the room and the responsiveness of Ping.
Had some initial issues which were sorted out quickly. The air con doesn't work very well, but that could be a building issue. The thick plastic on the tables takes away from the comfort of the living areas.

A home away from home
Amazing communication with our host Ping going above and beyond for us. Great location close to beach with parks located nearby, short stroll to the beach and shops.
Not a lot to not like only small down fall is if you are a light sleeper the noise from the traffic through the night can be a little loud
