Good property for what we paid and ideal location , however the hot water situation and no response to that was not idea

The property was very clean and in a great location.

There was no hot water coming out the shower upstairs or any of the taps, only out the power shower downstairs. I messaged on booking.com to ask for assistance and called both contact numbers provided but had no response all weekend. 7 of us therefore had to use 1 shower. There could also have been at least one mirror in each of the bedrooms, but again had to share use of the landing mirror between 7 of us.
