    Great stay

Excellent customer service at check in - they were able to give us an upgraded room hours earlier than the posted check in time and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was really good as well.

Wish there were bathrobes available in all rooms

Beautiful and relaxing getaway for couples or families!

Such a beautiful property inside and out! The staff were great throughout our 5 day stay. We are new to CO & this was our first hot springs experience and we could not have enjoyed our time more. This trip exceeded our expectations! It was very relaxing, with plenty to do surrounding the property. The brief walk to all the delicious restaurants and shops was the cherry on top of a perfect trip.

Outside of wishing I brought my own pillow, I wouldn’t change a thing!

    Wonderful!

Hot Springs pools were fabulous & included breakfast was great ! Unfortunately, I left a couple of items in room after check out & housekeeping shipped these to me later.
