    Good location, some improvements necessary

    The property was close to the Metro which was really helpful. Overall, the suite was clean and well prepared with supplies for guests.

    The beds were the worst beds we have ever slept in. All three beds in the suite had worn out mattresses, sunken box springs, and creaked all night long. It made for a long five nights of poor sleep. We did have an unfortunate run in with one of the staff members. We asked for more toilet paper by following the instructions on the refrigerator at 9:30am. It stated to call the listed number if our needs were before the hours of 2:00-10:30pm. We followed the instructions, but one of the staff members showed up at our door with toilet paper around 11:00am. They told us not to be bothering the customer service line, walk down to the office, and they will get toilet paper. It was an odd response for a basic request and need.

    The location was good, the staff were helpful, and the apartment was excellent.

    They sent me the wrong link to complete the building access application, so I had to go to the 3rd floor to resolve the issue. However, the staff on the 3rd floor were very helpful.
