    Disappointing and confusing

    Clean room

Difficult find initially and then had to wait for receptionist. Building is named something different than what was shown in entry emails. Unclear that parking was not included and the parking available was a decent walk away. Not truly a part of the town center and located a drive away rather than walk from most amenities

Property itself is nice but the management and customer service is extremely poor. Staff is very rude also

    The location is very nice

The sleeping arrangements were incomplete. I had to wait for 3 nights just to get a pillow and blanket after repeatedly calling. Moreover the delivery guy who came to drop the blanket, just went directly into the apartment even though i wasnt present at that time and left the apartment door open

Location was the best when coming in on WMATA from the airport.

    Location

Need to have a dish towel in the kitchen. I was familiar with RTC but for those on a first time visit a binder of recommendations would be nice. The accessibility to DC is great with the Silver line now going all the way to DC.
