    Es una zona tranquila , a dos calles del comienzo del paseo, está cerca del espigón, el apartamento muy bien, hace esquina con dos balcones-terrazas, al ir con personas mayores y de movilidad reducida, para comprar tienes que coger el coche, pero no es un inconveniente. Y global vacaciones-Silvia encantadora, la llaves no funcionaba y fue arreglado al día siguiente.,

    La ubicación y las vistas al mar.

    El vecino del bajo llamó a la 1 de la mañana porque le estaba cayendo agua del a/a. Conviene recordar a los inquilinos que lo vacíen. Cubertería escasa. Falta papel higiénico. La luz del baño falla. El portero automático no se oye. El tendedero está muy oxidado. Lo demás 👌🏻.
