    Very nice staying in this apartment. Probably to be repeated.

    The apartment is bigger than in the photographs. The bedroom and the living room were both wide and easy to use ( we are travellers, we look for an nearly empty space as much as possible it could be). The 2 littles terraces were useful to us as the climate was really warm in our staying (2026, July). We use them for breakfast looking into the front park. Neighbours were quiet and children, fundamentally, soon going into bed…

    The maintenance of the common spaces with the building (staircase, little porche… were dirty -dry leaves from the trees- and shabby)

    Disappointing and not satisfactory

    Everything’s was a bit grimy and not clean and cupboards had out of date food in half used glass with mold

    The apartment was quiet and located in a nice and peaceful area. There is a shop, cafes, metro station, and parks nearby, which was very convenient.

    The towels and bed linen could be improved (the towels need replacement, and the sofa bed linen was left in a bundle, which was not pleasant). There were also many personal belongings in the apartment, which made it feel less cozy.
