Very disappointing — the hotel looked much better in the photos than it did in reality

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The hotel looks completely different in reality from the impression created by the photos on Booking.com. The rooftop and pool area were one of the main reasons we booked this hotel, but in reality the pool is extremely small and the rooftop feels much more cramped and surrounded by neighbouring buildings and rooftops than the photos suggest. The pictures on Booking.com are taken from very selective angles and give the impression of a much larger, more luxurious and open rooftop area with a wide sea view. Once you are actually there, the reality is very different. We spoke directly with the hotel management because we wanted to leave early and asked for a refund for the remaining unused nights. They refused completely, despite our dissatisfaction and despite the significant difference between the presentation online and the actual property. For us, this was a very disappointing experience and we would not have booked this hotel if the photos had represented the property more realistically. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

It was fantastic! The room was always very clean and just the same as on the pictures. It was close to the boulevard (you could take a taxi or walk) but far away enough that the noise or the crowd doesnt bother you. The staff is extremely kind. They are always immediately ready to help you and make sure your stay is as comfortable as it can be.

Magnifique établissement avec Rooftop et piscine sur le toit. Magnifique vue. Personnel aux petits soins, dame de chambre d’une gentillesse remarquable. c’était un très beau séjour dans cet hôtel, peut-être petit bémol au petit déjeuner quand on arrive à 10h les plats chauds sont souvent un peu froid. Mais dans l’ensemble nous avons été satisfait car toute l’équipe se montre disponible et à l’écoute.
