Vergonzoso el estado del apartamento
El aire condicionado funciona muy bien. Ubicación perfecta, piscina y aparcamiento dentro de una urbanización cerrada. Una tienda de comestibles muy bien surtida justo al lado. Muy cerca de la playa.
Apartamento muy poco cuidado. Se nota que ha sido reformado pero no se cuida. No hablo del servicio de limpieza que es muy bueno, me refiero a que los muebles están en mal estado, el menaje de cocina es lamentable y en general el estado del apartamento es malo. Un apartamento por el que la empresa que lo tiene probablemente saque unos 15000€ por temporada de verano, bien puede invertir 1000 en comprar 6 vasos iguales, renovar las sartenes, arreglar el espejo del dormitorio o dar una manita de pintura. Para no volver.

Simplemente, excelente. Repetiremos sin duda!
La ubicación perfecta e increíble, la distribución, lo nuevo y limpio que estaba. Instalaciones perfectas para pequeños.
Como punto constructivo, la tostadora estaba rota y dificultaba un poco los desayunos. Por lo demás, perfecto.

Smerig, oud en gedateerd met een mooi uitzicht.
Het uitzicht is geweldig
Erg smerig, alles erg oud en gedateerd. Voelt zeker niet als thuis. Pannen en bestek meer dan goor gewoon. Kitranden badkamer vol met schimmel, geen doorluchting in de badkamers, balkon meubilair smerig en is het afgelopen jaar niet schoon gemaakt. Beddengoed oud. Kussens zijn eigenlijk geen kussens te noemen. Banken en stoel in de woonkamer zou ik mijn hong nog niet op laten zitten. Hele appartement heeft 8 dagen lang naar riool geroken. Hierover contact gehad maar geen oplossing. Gehorigheid van de straat, tram, en vuilniswagen die iedere NACHT naast het appartement stop om de vuilnis te legen. Positief is de locatie en het uitzicht maar daar is dan ook alles mee gezegd.
