    Buena ubicación, a mejorar ciertas cosas

    La ubicación del apartamento es de lujo, con unas vistas muy buenas por su terraza y, en general, estaba bastante limpio. Para dos personas está bien dentro de lo que cabe y cumple bastante bien para una estancia.

    El colchón pide jubilación! Se hunde bastante por el medio por lo que descansar bien se hace complicado. Las almohadas, además, son bastante finas, prácticamente como papel de fumar. La terraza probablemente necesita un poco más de atención. Está bastante dejada: la pared está levantada en algunas zonas, hay un armario de chapa deteriorado, tendal inutilizable y una estantería oxidada que da sensación de abandono. Con un poco de mantenimiento y una puesta a punto, la terraza podría ser la guinda del pastel.

    Top locatie en goed appartement met een panoramisch uitzicht.

    Appartement is op 23e verdieping, heeft prachtig zeezicht en panoramisch zicht over Alicante. Er is airco die heel goed werkt. Je hebt een privé terras zonder inkijk. De locatie is top. Je zit vlakbij de Plaza de Los Luceros in het centrum en je kan er vlot de tram en bus nemen.

    Het appartement heeft een opknapbeurt nodig en is niet zo gezellig ingericht (felle witte led verlichting, basic meubels). Prijs aan de hoge kant.

    The location was perfect.

    Bathroom sink and shower didn't drain and toilet barely flushed. It was a small step above camping.
