Tolle Lage, Preis-Leistung leider enttäuschend
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso das Klinikum. Die Lage ist ideal für alle, die eine gute Anbindung und kurze Wege schätzen. Insgesamt ein praktischer Ausgangspunkt für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
Leider liegt die Wohnung an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße, und auch das Schlafzimmer befindet sich zur Straßenseite. Daher war es aufgrund des Verkehrslärms nicht möglich, nachts bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Zudem war die Wohnung insgesamt sehr hellhörig, kalt und zugig. Im Badezimmer gibt es keine Heizung und die Silikonfugen könnten hier mal erneuert werden. Die Wohnung wirkte eher oberflächlich gereinigt, eine gründlichere Reinigung wäre wünschenswert. (Lampe über der Essecke, Fußböden, Fenster, WC-Bürstenhalterung) Die moderne Einrichtung ist ansprechend, allerdings fehlt es der Wohnung an Gemütlichkeit und einer behaglichen Atmosphäre.

incredibly disappointing
We had issues accessing the property because the check in email didn't come through on my phone for a long time (even checked my junk).
We had to call/email the hosts several times before someone finally got back in touch with us. There were silver fish in the bathroom, which was absolutely disgusting. You could see them crawling all over the floor at night. The apartment also has an unpleasant smell.
