Heerlijk appartement, nieuw en modern ingericht. Zeer schoon en heerlijke bedden en een ruim balkon
Voor de grotere stranden heb je het openbaar vervoer of de auto nodig. Centrum en boulevard zijn 20 minuten lopen

Intimidating
The apartment was clean upon arrival
I arrived at the property by the correct check in time. However upon arrival, the host was not present to check us in. We had to call them and ask where they were- they told us 5 minute wait. However 15 minutes later, a woman who was dressed indecently came rushing to the property- claiming to be the neighbour of the host. The neighbour provided our keys and gave us access to the accommodation. However at 1am a topless man- who could not speak English or Croatian (only German) entered the property without knocking. I shouted at him to get out but he would not leave. This situation has been reported to booking.com who dealt with it efficiently. However as a young woman, it was scary to have an unknown angry man enter the apartment where you’re sleeping. This man turned out to be the landlord who was demanding for us to provide our passports. However due to the language barrier and the fact we did not know who this man was - we refused. The situation became resolved once the man left to get another man who could speak English. This person explained that the man is the host and needed our passports for check in. We asked for the situation to be dealt with at a more decent time (8am daylight). They agreed. However this did not take away from the fact we felt extremely shaken up and unsafe staying. There is also a large dog at the property - the dog barks every time you leave and enter the property. It’s quite intimidating as there is only a glass door separating the dog from guests and the owner is not present. We were promised a cleaner would be attending - they did not turn up. I asked for a mop and garbage bags- as I wanted to clean the property and adequately dispose of waste. However I was promised I’d receive these items and did not receive any. Therefore the bathroom floor remained wet/dirty and we had no bags to dispose of waste. I will not be returning.
