The property is located just off the B5106 road next to the Conwy Water Gardens. Please request full directions by email as Sat Navs will not work and you may not find it easily. Due to the property location, Internet access is very limited and the connection may be slow. Mobile phone signal is weak in some parts of the house. Please note, the property does not accept American Express so please use an alternative card when booking.in order for the deposit to be taken. Please be aware that the room service during your stay does not include fresh linen. However, clean towels are available if needed and teas and coffees are replaced. Arrivals between 20:00 and 23:00 must be requested in advance. Arrival after 23:00 is not possible. Bedrooms are not tidied daily during your stay unless requested. Extra towels, teas/coffees etc are available at no extra charge.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.     We'll stay here again if we visit Wales.

    The apartment, set at the end of a beautiful house was spacious, well kept and very quite. It had a complete kitchen and living room. The location was great, a private estate, and we we're able to walk around the property, eat outside on the patio and enjoy peace and quite. It was also close enough to Conwy and Mount Snowden for many of our activities. The owner was very helpful with places to eat and drink and with any other questions we had.

    Outstanding.

    A lovely, comfortable, well furnished property which we couldn’t really fault in any respect. Everything we needed for our stay was available. The Coach House was situated in a wonderful, tranquil location with views extending into the Welsh hills. The ‘Italian Garden’, part of the property was an ideal space to relax in after exploring the local area. Liz was always on hand to help with any queries. Would highly recommend and hope to return one day.

    Lovely couple Darren & Liz, who were very helpful, nice clean apartment , comfortable king sized bed, lovely garden to sit and relax in.Thank you if was a lovely break.

    5 night break

    Beautiful, peaceful location, ten minute drive to Conwy. Spotlessly clean and well presented with everything you'd need for your holiday. Directions and communication from owners we're great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend 👌
