A lovely place, just need to work on your communication with the client.

We liked everything about the cottage and its location and it warmed up quickly on cold nights.

The oven and the TV werent working when we arrived. The TV was sorted but no-one acknowledged my report of the oven aqnd it wouldnt heat up for the duration of our stay, and we'd booked self catering so we could cook for ourselves. You need a few instruction pamphlets for the TV and oven so there's no confusion.
