    Best hotel on entire trip

Outstanding Hotel – The Best Experience of Our Vietnam Trip! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ During our trip through Vietnam, we stayed at more than eight different five-star hotels, and the GM Premium Hotel in Hanoi was by far the best! The rooms were fantastic, but what truly made the difference was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond at every opportunity. They prepared takeaway breakfasts for our friends who had an early flight, proactively offered us the option to shower at the spa before our late departure, and even mailed our postcards after we had already checked out! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly attentive and immediately offered assistance via WhatsApp whenever needed. This is what true five-star hospitality should look like. Genuinely caring, proactive, and incredibly thoughtful service. We felt exceptionally well taken care of and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
