    Avoid

    Relatively new property at a convenient location and prompt action by staff to assist with issues. Poor quality sleep is the biggest let down.

    1. Mattresses were poor quality causing poor quality sleep everyday. 2. Showers did not have safe temp cut off. Also pressure was just about ok. 3. Hair dryer was there but no suitable socket. No bathroom sockets for electric toothbrushes and shavers. 4. Dishwasher had smelly water clogged in which was fixed after we reported. 5. Fridge had red light flashing and abnormal sound which was fixed once we reported the problem. 6. Ceramics and cutlery in kitchen were so old, entry level and un-coordinated that I have never experienced before. 7. In general, all appliances were entry level and old.
