I have traveled everywhere but this is the worst experience I have had. No one warned me that when I arrived at the address of the apartment, I would have to walk around with my suitcases for 15 minutes and look for the key. It is unbelievable to me that in such a beautiful city there are such places that ruin your entire trip. We wanted to cancel, but we weren't allowed to do so and no one came to help. You can't see from the pictures on Booking that the apartment is in the quarter like in a horror movie. I don't recommend it at all, and you who run an apartment like this SHOULD BE ASHAMED. Embarrass your city!

Me pareció una experiencia pésima
El check-in online en inglés, la recogida de llaves en un alojamiento diferente al apartamento, el código que nos dieron no funcionaba, llamamos y no nos respondían, contestaban al WhatsApp pero más de una hora esperando. Cuando dimos abierto para recoger las llaves, no estaban. Nos indicaron que cogiéramos otras que tenían “por si acaso”. Nos modificaron el apartamento. La dirección y las características. Estaba cerca de Atocha el que reservamos y nos ubicaron en Vallecas. No había habitación independiente como en la reserva, el sofa cama sucio, roto y sin sábanas. Limpieza muy mejorable.
