    The balcony has a nice view on the river. The rooms are close to everything and well located in the Ribeira neighborhood

    Good location, spacious, should've been cleaner and no response from property agent with issues.

    The location was great. The view from the sitting/dining room was excellent.

    On arrival we noticed the floor in the bedroom was not well swept, various areas needed to be dusted and and the light switch in the main sitting area was very dirty (I cleaned it). I sent a message via booking.com about this and received no reply. The light by the bedside cabinet in the second bedroom couldn't be turned off as the pull cord was missing on the light! This light was on when we arrived, but we assumed it would turn off when we needed it to be off. Unfortunately, my son went to bed without letting us know the light couldn't be turned off and as such, he got very little sleep. I contacted the apartment through booking.com first thing and received no reply! We took the bulb out. There was a shortage of cutlery (no teaspoons at all) and the tableware and glasses were mis matched. The bathroom and kitchen are dated.
