We had a relaxing time at the apartment and enjoyed our time in the pool. Very convenient location.

Location was fabulous. The service was wonderful. Property was cleaned daily.

The shower wasn’t too good. Hardly any hot water.

A basic place, not super clean.

Breakfast was fine (but without furniture we sat on the floor). Host was attentive.

The place needs a good cleaning. The walls are dirty and the overall cleanliness is low. The pictures online do not represent current conditions.

I don't recommend this place for family with infants and kids. Misleading old pictures.

There is nothing to like about this property. The photos are old and misleading. The building is dirty and rooms are very poorly maintained. They are expecting money like 6k per night and the quality of stay is bad. The owner is polite but property is not recommended to spend a vacation with family.

Dirty walls, cockroachs in kitchen, fungus on bathroom ceiling, broken wash basin, old worn out furniture and appliances, use of industrial freshner in bedroom gave headaches, TV wifi open wires. I suggest booking.com to check the status of the property before enlisting. Wasted our time and money advance payment on this dirty property.

Comfort and Convenience at the Heart Goa!🌊☀️🌴

I would highly recommend this property for those who are looking for a budget friendly yet comfortable stay with all the amenities. It's located with great connectivity to beaches & main tourist attractions like Baga & Calangute. I would like to thank Property Manager Mr.Ashish & Caretaker for their service. Also would like to mention Mr.Gowhar who helped us to book this Apartment. They also have private villas nearby, would explore them on my next Goa Vacation!
