    Lokalizacja i komunikacja  jest na 10 , blisko sklepy , centrum handlowe, bazar, metro ,Dunaj , wyspa Małgorzaty.

    Studio nie jest ciche bo niedaleko trwa budowa ,  zlokalizowane na 3 pietrze bez windy, w starej kamienicy. W części kuchennej pod szafkami brak prądu. Brak ekspresu do kawy.  Stołki barowe  są niewygodne, za wysokie, kolana są pod samym blatem.Deski pod materacem są za wąskie  i materac zapada się z jednej strony co grozi wpadnięciem do środka. Szczotka do toalety powinna być wymieniona na zamkniętą.

    Nic

    Obskurna kamienica, brak windy, niewygodne krzesła i stół do jedzenia. Zepsute rolety okienne, brak świeżego powietrza, zapach pleśni i grzyba. Brak możliwości przewietrzenia mieszkania . Jak można wynająć mieszkanie z zepsutymi żaluzjami okiennymi. Personel nie reagował na moje pytania.

    Excellent rapport qualité/prix, quartier calme et safe, à proximité de tout, appartement très propre, cosy et équipé !

    RAS si ce n'est qu'un ventilateur ou un climatiseur aurait été un véritable plus !

    Appartement très joli, confortable ret propre. A noter: l'appartement dispose de la climatisation et le canapé lit que l'on voit sur les photos et qui est noté dans les commentaires a été remplacé par un vrai lit. Bonne insonorisation et très tranquille. Appartement au troisième sans ascenseur, comme souvent dans les immeubles anciens à Budapest. Checkin sans souci.
