Dirty apartment and uncomfortable old sofas
Location and parking.
The sofas were very dirty and worn out, and they were not suitable for use as beds. The apartment itself was also very dirty, and we didn’t even feel comfortable using anything in the kitchen. We also had a difficult time communicating in person. I hope they improve these issues.

Majitel se snažil komunikovat.
Špína, silný zápach cigaret, propálené povlečení i nábytek od cigaret, proležená postel, staveniště, parkování tak, že část auta zasahovala do silnice. Ráno v koupelně šváb. Plno drátů ve zdi, místo světel jen žárovky.

The location and parking is good and easily accessible. The host was kind and welcoming and getting the keys was easy. There room was quiet and calm. It was very spacious so we didn't have problems with our luggage. We did have WiFi, but it was on the slower side of speeds. It is one of the cheapest options in Belgrade, so if you're on a budged and for a short stay it is fine. We just expected more from what was shown on the pictures.
The biggest problem for me was the bathroom. The toilet was very outdated and had a weird shape. The sink is also on the older side and the bathtub didn't seem clean enough for us to use it as a bathtub. The shower head didn't have a holder, so when you shower you have to hold it with one hand. We didn't use the washing machine, but it could use some cleaning too. The rooms had a mild smell of cigarette smoke, which we didn't like, but with the open window during the night it wasn't that noticable. We used our own slippers to walk around the apartment, because we didn't feel like it was clean enough. In general the apartment could use a renovation in the bathroom and some new furniture.
