    Clean, the front lady who checked us in was excellent getting a perfect room. The bad, key cards wouldn’t reopen door after 8 am when checkout was 10am. Took 25 minutes for security to come up and let us in to retrieve pillow!

    Very diverse and my fiance and I loved our stay!! Great staff especially the front desk!! The front desk went above and beyond when it came to customer service! Tbis was my fiancee and I 's 1st stay there, together. It was romantic especially Chicago steak house.

    The room was comfortable and clean. Staffing was all very nice. Great dinner at the steakhouse. Didn't win anything big but had an excellent stay.
